Eight Gators Chosen for the CSC Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams.
ALBANY, N.Y. – Eight Russell Sage College student-athletes were named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams.
Sophomore defender Logan Diebold (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville South), senior forward Joel Tshiamala (Banyoles, Girona, Spain/Sports EDU/Marietta), and junior defender Jack Wyman (Vergennes, VT/Vergennes Union) represented men's soccer.
Junior midfielder Alexis Crossman (Corinth, NY/Corinth), sophomore midfielder Eva Hirschoff (Castleton-On-Hudson, NY/Maple Hill), senior midfielder Maria Stewart (Broadalbin, NY/Broadalbin-Perth), senior defender Ashlyn Fish (Gansevoort, NY/South Glens Falls/King's), and senior defender Katelyn Odorizzi (Voorheesville, NY/Clayton A. Bouton) were selected from the women's soccer team.
Each of the honorees were recognized for the first time.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 16 (men) and December 17 (women).
