AS A SENIOR (2024 Cross Country): Ran in six meets...Completed 6k in 25:25.1 at SUNY Oneonta (9/14)...Finished 8k in 34:14.5 at RPI (9/27)...Represented the program on the E8 Sportsmen of the Year Team...RSC Athletic Honor Society Member.

AS A JUNIOR (2024 Outdoor Track and Field): Completed 800m in 2:17.14 at RPI (4/26)...Ran 400m in 1:00.70 at RPI (4/11).

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24 Indoor Track and Field): Ran his best time in the 300m at Utica (2/3) in 41.78 seconds...Ran the 600m in 1:44.34 at the Springfield (12/2).

AS A JUNIOR (2023 Cross Country): Ran at three meets...Finished 5k in 23:33.8 at Hamilton (10/21)...Completed 8k in 35:24.2 at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships (11/11).
