Bio

A newcomer from Shenendehowa High School, Erika Daigle arrives at Sage having earned an extensive list of honors and acclaim. As a senior, she was a 2013 Suburban Council First Team honoree as well as a 2013 All-Area Large School First Team performer. She also earned a spot on the 2013 First Team of the Suburban Scholastic Council and earned the  Excellence and Leadership and Sportsmanship Award in 2013. She was named her team’s MVP honors as a senior and was also named to the All-State Class AA Third Team. As a junior, she was a 2012 All-Area Large School Second Team pick, as well as a Second Team All-Star for the Suburban Council. She also earned a spot on the All-State Class AA Second Team in 2012 and was named the Defensive Player of the Year in 2011. She helped to the 2012 Section II Class AA Championship and a ranking of No. 7 in the 2012 State Class AA.

In the classroom, she also excelled earning a selection to the National Honor Society, as well as a posting on the High Honor Roll and her Advanced-Regent Diploma. She was also cited as the 2012 and 2013 NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award and the recipient of the Shenendehowa Green Letter Award in 2012.

She is the daughter of Dean and Chantal Daigle and is majoring in health sciences with a concentration in physical therapy. She earned a spot on the Sage Dean’s List in the Fall of 2013.
