ALBANY - The Russell Sage College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is proud to announce that it will host a Safe Halloween Party on October 29.

The free event, limited to those in grades K through 6, will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Armory, located at 130 New Scotland Avenue in Albany.
